Grooved mats are hair magnets. I take them out and bang them against a wall first. Then a damp rag loosens more, followed by adhesive for the rest. Stronger grip is key on rubber texture. Keeping lint roller extra sticky in the trunk lets me roll hard into grooves—it pulls hair out without slipping or leaving goo. Mats look way better fast.
